Lead Producer // Operation Manager

JOB OPENING

Lead Producer / Operations Manager

Would you like to help create the framework for an international artistic community?

Astropi is looking for a Lead Producer and Operations Manager to help develop and strengthen our organisation in close collaboration with our founders and artistic directors. We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of art, production, people and organisation. Someone who can create overview and coherence, help projects succeed and contribute to the development of an organisation with strong international ambitions.

About Us

Astropi is an artistic platform and an independent label founded by musicians Toma Gouband and Brice Soniano. Astropi was founded to provide artists with complete artistic freedom and the opportunity to develop projects beyond the limitations of traditional production systems. Today, Astropi operates as an artistic production platform, a label and an international network. We publish music and books, produce audio and audiovisual works, and create unconventional cultural events and collaborations across countries, genres and artistic disciplines. We believe that artistic processes have their own rhythm. Therefore, we create frameworks for experimental music and artistic development where curiosity, immersion and the relationship with the surrounding world are as important as the finished work itself. We work across borders and artistic genres and collaborate with musicians, artists, researchers, cultural institutions and festivals throughout Europe – particularly in Denmark, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The organisation currently consists of four employees – two in Denmark and two in France – as well as a close network of international artists. We are a small organisation with great ambitions. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has experience creating momentum in complex projects and who would like to help develop the organisation together with us.
